David Altmeyer
Founder & President
David is an experience Insurance Professional and helps clients work toward their retirement dreams through a well-thought-out strategy for generating retirement income.
At age 21, David got his start in financial services as the youngest employee at a large local firm. He had been introduced to the industry by an advisor his father worked with at the Union Gospel Mission, and it was this advisor’s firm he joined. Eventually, David started Altmeyer Financial Group, where he focuses on building custom income strategies, helping clients feel confident they won’t outlive their money. Carrying on his family’s belief that serving and helping people are more important than making money, David genuinely cares about his clients and the services he provides them, treating them as members of the Altmeyer family.
Away from the office, David enjoys cheering for Gonzaga basketball and Washington State University football, as well as snowmobiling and cars. He and his wife, Jody, have three daughters, Lauryn, Ally and Meghan.
Jonathan Altmeyer

Jonathan is passionate about utilizing comprehensive investment strategies to help clients reach their financial goals.
Jonathan entered the industry in 2012 while still in college, working in banking. He interned at Northwestern Mutual and would go on to join Edward Jones after graduation. He left Edward Jones to join his uncle David and the family firm where he focuses on helping clients work toward their short- and long-term goals. As a financial professional, Jonathan can offer investment advisory and insurance services and products. He is licensed to sell insurance in Washington and Idaho.
He graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in finance. In their free time, Jonathan and his wife, Karissa, enjoy volunteering at church, exploring the outdoors and spending time with family.
